Whether the color temperature wasn't right or you ordered the wrong base type, we are here to help you find the perfect lighting solution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the bulbs in their original individual boxes and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned bulbs for functionality and condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
